STreSS...

Sometimes we fell stress on that day because many things that we do in wrong ways or maybe moody. It is important for us to cope the stress because the stress will disturb our life. Many ways that we can do to reduce our stress. For example :

  • improve our time management and organization skills
  • relax and breath deeply
  • take more break for our work
  • smile more
  • learn to listen better
  • fix your environment
  • get more sleep
  • find a mentor
  • spend more time with optimistic people.
